A vanity phone number is one that is easy for your customers to remember. So they’re great for companies who do business over the phone on a national level or those who spend a lot of money on display advertising, like a billboard. Relying on customers to remember the 10 digit number they just saw on a billboard as they pass on the highway is simply unrealistic. Expecting them to remember something like 1-800-Flowers as they drive by makes a lot more sense.

When the time comes, we can help you choose a vanity phone number. There is definitely an art to picking your vanity number.

Each of our installers are fully licensed and insured.  It’s just as important to be insured as it is to be licensed, because not every accident incurred is covered by a homeowner or business policy, and a mistake could be costly.  Most importantly, though, we constantly train our experienced staff and strive for safety first, so we tend to just avoid mistakes.

Yes, all your current phone numbers can be transferred (ported) to your new Newwall Communications VoIP system.

“Cloud-based” is a term that simply means that the core technology infrastructure and the network providing your business phone system functionality is located in our multiple secure data centers around the US, instead of residing in your personal servers (typically in your building).  The functions and features are delivered to your business over the web.  This eliminates the need for capital investment and the hassle of installing and managing complex hardware in your office.

In the corporate, enterprise and government market place, traditional PBX telephone systems have dramatic costs associated with them, both in terms of operating and maintenance costs.  Simple changes like adding, moving or changing an extension can have substantial costs involved with outsourced maintenance contracts. Hardware support contracts only add to the overall expense.  Fast growing companies you can end up spending even more capital they need to expand and grow.

By using a hosted PBX, you can expand, restructure, and move locations at any time.  Those that work from home, offices in different geographic locations, or even in other countries, all communicate and connect to the same servers at Newwall Communications.  You “plug or unplug” and move phones whenever you like.  All you need is a high speed Broadband connection.
